Draft4Cash · iRacing Private Oval Event · April 28, 2026
Effective date
April 22, 2026These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Draft4Cash, a privately organised iRacing oval competition ("Event") operated by TOKENWISED, a company registered in Portugal under NIF [YOUR NIF] ("Organiser", "we", "us").
By completing registration and submitting payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not register.
To be eligible to participate you must:
The Organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements. No refund will be issued where disqualification arises from false information provided by the participant.
Each participant selects a unique race number between 0 and 99 at the time of registration. Race numbers are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. Once a number has been claimed and payment confirmed, it cannot be reassigned except through the entry transfer process described in Section 9.
The Organiser reserves the right to reassign a number in exceptional circumstances, with prior notice to the affected participant.
The entry fee is USD $15.00 per participant, payable in full at time of registration via the payment method provided on the registration page.
A payment must be completed in full to secure a place and reserve a race number. An incomplete or pending payment does not constitute a confirmed entry.
Entries are limited to one per iRacing Customer ID. Multiple entries from the same iRacing account will be refunded and the account may be disqualified.
Registration closes on Sunday, April 27, 2026 at 23:59 CET or when the maximum entry limit of 40 is reached, whichever occurs first.
If the minimum of 30 paid entries is not reached by the registration deadline, the Event will be cancelled and all participants will receive a full refund within 72 hours via the original payment method.
Once the minimum is reached and the Event is confirmed, entry fees are non-refundable except where the Event is cancelled by the Organiser as described in Section 10, or where disqualification arises from an error by the Organiser.
There is no cancellation policy for confirmed entries. If you can no longer participate, you may transfer your entry to another eligible person under the conditions set out in Section 9. Withdrawals will not be refunded under any other circumstances.
The prize pool is fixed at USD $300.00 regardless of the number of entries received, provided the minimum of 30 entries is met. Prizes are awarded to the top five positions in the final confirmed points standings as follows:
| Position (Final Points) | Prize |
|---|---|
| 1st Place | $150.00 |
| 2nd Place | $60.00 |
| 3rd Place | $40.00 |
| 4th Place | $30.00 |
| 5th Place | $20.00 |
Points are awarded based on race finishing position using a standard points scale that will be communicated to all participants via Discord no later than 48 hours before the race. Penalties applied through the protest process may adjust points and therefore final standings.
Prize payments are made only after the protest and review window has closed and final standings have been confirmed, as described in Section 7. Prize payments will be made within 48 hours of final standings being published.
Prizes are paid via PayPal or bank transfer to details provided by the winner. Winners are responsible for providing accurate payment details. The Organiser accepts no liability for failed prize payments resulting from incorrect details provided by the winner.
Tax responsibility: Prize winners are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to their prize in their jurisdiction. The Organiser will not withhold taxes on behalf of winners except where required to do so by Portuguese law.
The Event uses a points-based standings system. Raw race finishing positions determine initial points. Protests and penalties may adjust these points before final standings are confirmed.
Provisional results and initial points standings published on Discord within 2 hours of the race ending. Protest window opens immediately.
Participants who wish to protest an incident must do so within 24 hours of provisional results being published. Protests must be submitted via the official Discord server with a clear description of the incident, the lap number, and the iRacing ID of the driver involved. Protests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
The Organiser will review all protests within 72 hours of the protest deadline. Where a protest is upheld, a penalty may be applied to the offending driver's points. The nature and magnitude of penalties is at the sole discretion of the Organiser. All protest decisions will be published on Discord.
After the review window closes and all penalties are applied, final standings are published. These standings are definitive and cannot be appealed further.
Prize payments are made to the top 5 finishers in final standings within 48 hours of final standings being confirmed and published.
The Organiser's decision on all protests and penalties is final. There is no further appeals process beyond the review described above.
The Event will be conducted on the iRacing platform at Talladega Superspeedway on Monday, April 28, 2026 starting at 20:00 CET / 14:00 ET.
Specific race format details including car class, session length, and setup rules will be communicated to confirmed participants via the official Discord server no later than 48 hours before the race.
The iRacing Sporting Code applies to all on-track conduct. Participants are expected to race cleanly and with respect for fellow competitors.
The following conduct may result in immediate disqualification without refund, independent of the protest process:
If a confirmed participant can no longer attend the Event, they may transfer their entry — including their reserved race number — to another eligible person.
To request a transfer:
Transfers are processed by the Organiser and will be confirmed in writing. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse a transfer at its discretion. Transfers are not permitted after the registration deadline.
Entry fees are non-refundable. Transfers are the only mechanism available to a participant who can no longer attend. Any financial arrangement between the original and incoming participant is entirely their own responsibility and does not involve the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: iRacing platform outages, force majeure events, or technical failures that prevent fair competition.
In the event of cancellation by the Organiser after the minimum entry threshold has been met, all entry fees will be refunded within 72 hours. No further compensation will be offered.
In the event of postponement, participants will be offered the choice to keep their entry for the rescheduled date or receive a full refund within 72 hours of the postponement announcement.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify a participant, without refund of the entry fee, in any of the following circumstances:
Where disqualification results in a prize position becoming vacant, the prize will be redistributed to the next eligible finisher in the final points standings.
By registering, you consent to the Organiser collecting and processing your personal data (name, email address, iRacing Customer ID, and country) for the sole purposes of administering your entry, communicating Event information, and processing prize payments.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to process payments or as required by law. Your data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months following the Event, after which it will be deleted.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [YOUR EMAIL]. These rights are provided in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Organiser's total liability to any participant under these Terms shall not exceed the entry fee paid by that participant.
The Organiser accepts no liability for: technical failures of the iRacing platform or your hardware or internet connection; loss of earnings or indirect losses of any kind; or disputes between participants arising from on-track incidents.
Participation in the Event is entirely at the participant's own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
